I wondered about the urination thing too, and the rather unpleasant conclusion I came to was that it's lovingly catalogued by pee fetishists. I mean, one of my movies had "Shot in Shoulder" as a keyword, which is probably also common, but who is going to comb through every movie they see for that? Yet any hint of pissing and some forum somewhere is buzzing with delighted folks saying, "And at 1:08:35, she walks into the bathroom!"
