Question #5
Where did I live before buying my house in East Falls?
Penns Grove, NJ
Eastwick neighborhood
Art Museum area
Delaware County
If I could have picked two right answers, I would have--some of you probably guessed Penns Grove because you've been to my parents' house. But, the absolutely correct answer was Eastwick.
Question #6
Approximately how many miles per day do I ride to work?
7
15
8.5
10
I know I've mentioned this a few times. I did used to commute 15 miles when I worked at Temple, and then briefly I would ride the 1.9 miles (one way) to NWR. I'm now riding an even 10 miles a day.
Question #7
While I'm allergic to most things that have fur, which of the following makes my face swell up and restricts my breathing?
cats
dogs
sheep
horses
This has put a real damper on things because I really love horses. I mean, I used to want to be a horse! I subscribed to Horse Illustrated! I took horseback riding lessons the next town over! Mike and I were supposed to go horseback riding as part of his Christmas gift to me one year! But, horses and Heathers don't mix, not without one of us sneezing, swelling, and peeing without control.
Question #8
What did I do before I started working in libraries?
Receptionist
Telemarketer
Teacher
Nothing
Possibly a trick question if you read libraries as "librarian". Prior to working in libraries, I was a teacher. Prior to working as a librarian, I did work as a receptionist. I have never worked as a telemarketer, though there was a brief period (during my receptionist years) when I considered taking an evening job as a telemarketer. Thankfully, I found another part-time job that ultimately proved to be much more beneficial, career-wise.
Those of you that viewed the test but didn't take it (over 30 of you at least checked it out), would you have guessed correctly on at least half of these questions?
