Just a quickie
Aug. 29th, 2006 10:47 amI've got progress pics of both the Rhinebeck vest and the AC installation.
A thousand thank-yous to
purlewe for helping me sort through yard sale stuff last night. I definitely feel like I have a handle on things now.
Even though the workers were drilling a series of holes in closets, floors, and walls, I managed to drift off to sleep for about 15 minutes. I woke up before either one of them came into the living room, thus saving us all the embarrassment of me and my mouth agape, a thin line of drool working its way down.
I may not be able to sleep in my bed tonight. The couch is out of the question, too. Everything, even the furniture in the study, has PILES AND PILES of stuff on it--clothes, towels, sheets, coats, toiletries, sundries, kitchen stuff, yard sale stuff. I'm not freaking out so long as I can find a spot to set up my swift and ball winder.
Oy. Back to reality.
